We’ve been struggling with the bank for weeks/months to close the loan…it is inefficiency and red tape at every turn…very frustrating. And from what we’ve heard from friends and family, this is the way everyone is being treated. We bail them out and they become even more difficult to deal with…hooray!

Spent 3 hrs in bank branch to fax tax transcripts directly from the IRS….even though they already had them from our accountant…ridiculous!
